Responsible for identifying and inputting consumer information into the appropriate database or program.
Keep tracked of received data documents.
Contact originators of the documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
Make necessary corrections to information entered.
Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
Keying work order in the system and ensures quality
Preparing invoices and billing
Do account reports
Checking and computing our drivers salary
Perform any administrative or non-administrative
Address general customer inquiries sent through non-voice functions (chat)
Assisting and handle three chats/three customers at a
time (Do multi tasking)
Execute simple procedures to resolve customer concerns.
Troubleshoot basic online banking issues before referring them to Technical Team
Perform other activities meant to increase customer
satisfaction.
Assists in processing escrow/settlement files with a high degree of quality, ordering payoffs, inputting, balancing, and processing
payoffs statements and clearing title curative issues.
Searching from full value deed to the current owner to prove ownership of the property.
Ensure that all relevant documents, forms and records are properly and completely filled-up.
