I am assigned to do multiple Administrative and Marketing tasks such as doing research needed for a given project. Updating database using Google drive, sheets and docs. Sending emails to prospective clients and posting events and reminders to Google calendar of my client. We use WhatsApp for communication and updates. Zoom for meetings.
I owned 2 booths in a bazaar inside a mall before. The first booth sells different kinds of bags, from School bags to sling bags and pouches. The second booth sells children’s shoes and slippers. We also sell adult flip flops, i became a seller of Banana Peel, a well-known brand of flip flops back then. We were forced to close the business due to my delicate pregnancy with our first child. Because i was the one in charged with everything, from buying of goods to store’s operations.
I was assigned to do multiple Marketing promotions and activities such as conducting seminars to graduating high school students. I go to different Secondary Schools to conduct Marketing promotions and to persuade graduating students to enroll in our computer school. Conceptualizing Marketing strategies like “Refer a friend” for the current students to avail of tuition fee discounts. Giving leaflets and flyers to offices near the school to promote the short computer courses and make follow-ups.
I do selling of goods/products that the company advertised on TV. We used traditional telephone landlines and make calls to offer the products to different prospective buyers from the provided list of clients. We have a quota per individual and per department and a bonus and incentive as well at the end of the month.
I am fluent in English language, oral communication and writing. I am self-motivated and discipline, thus, working remotely is a great advantage for me. I am honest and trustworthy, the results of the tasks given to me speaks for itself. I am a well-organized person, i like things to put in order, organized and tidy. The love for continouos learning excites me.
